I have the small tote - I think it's the mini. I know PLG has a good-sized fan base - I think their bags are just OK. On the plus side, prices are really good and they frequently have sales. The leather is extremely soft and pliant (for the pebble leather).

What I'm not crazy about are the very long crossbody straps. I'm short, so the bag hangs much too low for me. A lot of ladies buy the guitar straps as a shorter replacement, but I'm not crazy about that look. Also, there are no interior pockets in mine, and that's something I really miss. I also don't like brown handbags, and that's what most of their bags are. They offer those Mystery Boxes with colorful bags, but I don't want a surprise when I'm ordering a bag!

I rarely carry my mini tote and will probably just donate it. I'm probably in the minority because it seems like most people really like this brand.

I too was thinking of getting a Fiesta bag but the strap is very long and I'm only 5'1". Plus not to be a snob but I'm used to Brighton and Frye bags and I'm just not sure of the quality. I think I'd rather save my money and put it towards a bag that I love.
