Would love HONEST opinions of this Brahmin bag, please

I saw this in the store today, and really fell for it. I preferred a couple other shapes, but like this size, and I kind of like the unusual shape. It's prettier in person, and looked nice on my small frame. It's 30% off, and if I open a charge account, I'll get an extra 20% off. It's so tempting! But so expensive!

I've never had a bag from this line, and it would be for everyday use. Any and all honest opinions would be appreciated! I have to decide tonight or tomorrow morning.

I love the leather pattern. The shape reminds me of a ipad case or small briefcase or lunch box.

Brahmin makes lovely bags. They wear well. Even though this bag is not my style (size is good, smaller side) I’m more likely to buy a neutral color and something that isn’t so trendy. I keep looking at Brahmin bags but they are either huge or not my style. I guess that’s what’s back in style. For awhile there I bought quite a few of them, now I can’t find even one I really love. I tend to like smaller hobo bags. If you like it and the price is right I say go for it.

I love it. Just the right size, unique style and love the patterned color. I prefer Crossbody over any other style. I say go for it especially with the discounts. You only live once.

Gorgeous color...I would love it if I had to get dressed every day for work.

I have a home office and a very casual life style so I feel it isn't right for me.

I have one Brahmin bag. The brand is well made and very nice. The one you picked out is lovely too and especially the color combo. You won’t be disappointed.

Brahmin bags are well made, beautiful bags. I love the color of this one, but HONESTLY, the shape reminds me of a lunch box.

I have 3 Brahmin bags and can attest to their fine quality. I personally don't care for the square shape but to each her own....

@CHIP62 ..... I wasn't sure about the shape at first, but it really grew on me. It's different, which I like, and interesting. And, the size is perfect for me.

@RoughDraft , @sunshine45 , @Lucylu12 .... Crossbody is the first requirement I have in a handbag! And, I love the colors and patterns in this one, as well.

@Dragonflyveb .... It's the pattern in the leather, along with the size, that drew me to the bag. The shape was the question mark!

@DREAMON .... I work mostly from home, and plan to increase the ratio of in home to outside work in the near future. So, I'll use this as an everyday/always bag. I just turned 65 on Sunday, and am at a stage in life when I'm not going to save everything for special wear. So, this will go with work clothes, jeans, AND shorts! LOL

I guess if I were to invest in a brahmín bag I’d go for something more neutral. If it were a cheaper company I’d get this color though.

Honest opinion, right?

It kinda looks like a suitcase...or a cosmetic case.

Appears the zipper is off center, meaning one side is

deeper than the other. So to open it, you would zip-zip &

the contents would be off-center...maybe to fall out?

Is the strap adjustable...if wanting to not wear crossbody?

@ItsME My immediate response was that it's ugly. But it's not, it's just different. It's expensive? Is it worth it? Could that money be put to better use? You know how we are with handbags (amongst other purchases), we use it for a bit and then move on to another, likely never to return to this one again because there's always something else.

Just a thought from someone now struggling with spending too much money on clothes that she'll never wear and will be donating unworn to charity. Think long and hard before you make this purchase. Good luck. Wow it's so easy to give advice, but following it is somethng totally different.

I own 5 Brahmin bags; love them, carry them often, but do not like this style.

The small carry handle, the way the shoulder strap attaches to the very top of the bag, and the true lunchbox look, just ruin this Brahmin for me.
