    <description>&lt;P&gt;Update: Called QVC CS about three packages that were delivered and I was issued credit for them over the phone. Of course, customer service was awesome and so lovely to deal with. However, I have one package that was sent at the same time that is showing still in transit. Went to USPS website to track package. All four packages came up as "in transit". USPS 800 number will Not connect you with a human being. Called local post office where I mailed the packages. Postal worker told me they can't track the package after it has been picked up because&amp;nbsp;USPS contracts other companies to deliver for them. The reason all the packages look like they are "in transit" is because these contracted companies have not scanned the packages correctly when they are delivered.&amp;nbsp;My only option now is&amp;nbsp;to hope it was picked up and will be delivered this year some time. All packages were mailed 10/2.&amp;nbsp;I could have driven my returns to PA more quickly and it would have been less of a pain, to be honest. Sorry QVC, but this isn't cool.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ANYONE have any idea why RETURNS are taking soooo long&amp;nbsp; ???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have returned 2 items...one on the 17th and one on the 15th of SEPT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The automated system shows they have arrived a while ago, but still does not show as a credit on my QCARD or in my account activity as a return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am beginning to rethink every purchase, as the return process takes forever.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone could shed any light on this continuing trend, I would greatly appreciate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had to call them numerous times to process my refund, after seeing that they had received&amp;nbsp;the return&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;week before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The CS reps have always issued the refund while I was on the phone, so give them a call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have called CS on a few items. &amp;nbsp;You need the tracking number and of course the item number. &amp;nbsp;They will verify both. &amp;nbsp;CS has always issued me a refund immediately.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is absolutely ridiculous to have a return item sitting there for a week. I have never had this problem before. I will hesitate to order again unless I am 100% sure of keeping the item. I guess that pretty much ends my clothing purchases with QVC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
