VINCE TSV?

Wow! I’ve gotten so particular about my bags. This one seems too “squishy”...puddles. I’m used to a little more structure...and feet. Lamb leather is nice, but usually doesn’t have body. The bag seems really big even for me, a big bag Girl. It reminds me of the huge GILI bags. The colors are good/silver hardware a plus.

Your thoughts?

I myself love this bag and ordered the black cherry and considering another color. I have seen this leather at a dept store and love it. I like soft leather bags.

I think the bag is absolutely gorgeous. That said, I don't like a bag that puddles and as you say is squishy. I love the red, ochre, and black and the bubble leather is lovely. It looks a bit on the big size but then I am currently carrying the large Dooney Lafayette in teal croco so maybe it isn't that large after all.

I like structured bags-the look of them, the function of them. Some women love the slouchy unstructured, some love structured, some both I suppose. It's nice that we have all the options.

Sorry--I just cannot bring myself to spend hundreds of dollars on a purse!!!! All I can think of is that the $200 will pay for all my utilites for the month-----just don't

have that gene in me!!!

Too big, too unstructured, and I don't like the hardware design. Was tempted by the pictures but after watching just a few minutes I knew this one wasn't for me, though there were some nice colors.

I didn't order the TSV - too big for me but a beautiful purse. I ordered the Tui. It's the little crossbody bag. I like the smaller bags as I get older - LOL!! I ordered mine in Vamp. Can't wait.

As I said on the other thread in the TSV Forum, there's not enough depth (front to back) for me. I would be carrying it as a satchel, so I prefer a deeper footprint. Also, even though I love soft leather, this bag is too B Makowsky-ish for me. When they are this squishy, they aggravate me. Finally, the one color that piqued my interest sold out, so it's an easy pass for me.

I love that look, but there's a huge difference between what my eye likes and what the rest of my body likes, and the last thing I need is to own another handbag that encourages me to carry too much at one time. I'm a reluctant passer.

The TSV is a beautiful bag and piqued my interest even though I'm not in market for a new bag. It's quite large for my small frame but I'm debating and thinking as the day goes on.

Its a good looking bag; I especially like the taupe. The trouble with hobos, especially big ones is find things in them. All of your possessions end up in a big pile, even with an organizer. It's nice to see people excited about a TSV for a change.

Some of my older Coach bags have this style, slouch and heavier leather. Tired of this look. Not a fan of this TSV at all.

I think the zippers down the sides are stupid. And look dumb when left unzipped. If that's the one you mean. Hey you asked for opinions lol.

It is a beautiful bag--but I find that as I get older and have more aches and pains, a heavy bag is just not for me anymore. I have a whole closet full too. I am buying smaller bags now. I think I need my neice to come over and go through my handbags. :/

The external zipper motif is now several years old and I agree, it's been overdone and I don't personally think it serves any more as a 'design feature'. With this bag, having the zipper closed would't be an option as narrow as it is already. Seems several of the Camuto bags have this look.
