Why can I no longer read reviews? I see the number of reviews but it’s no longer clickable. I never buy without reading reviews so this could be an issue…

Same on HSN. They show that there are one, two stars for review but click in it and zero comments are shown.

I am looking on the .com site, are you?

Have not tried the QVC app tho.

Will have to look there and see...did Q move them?

I’m on the website for HSN and noticed many items that have one or two stars (even with the higher star reviews) are not showing as comments, just shown as a ‘star’ rating. It’s unusual.

Oh I see...wonder of they decided not to show comments on items that rated only one or two stars?

This is a shame because I sometimes purchase if items say ie: "runs short" especially for pants ...the comments are often helpful.

I too base some purchasing on low star reviews. If a commenter says runs small by a size or two, and I like the garment I consider (or buy it) a size up. Helpful hints are great. They don’t always turn me away from buying. They help me make a better purchase more often than not. I bought a coat on HSN where the comments said it ran huge, I loved the coat so I bought it in the smallest size offered and it fit (with room) and I was grateful for the one and two star review comments.

I am able to see reviews by scrolling to the bottom of the page of the item.
