      <title>What's Going ON with QVC Service?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First off I considered Quality, Value Convenience to mean something. I'm not getting that anymore. I have shopped on QVC for some time now. Been a good customer. But- I ordered a Berkshire throw in Christmas in July of a Beautiful Deer scene. I loved it and ordered it right away. When I saw it never came, I looked up my order and it said cancelled! I never cancelled it. They did. So when I saw this throw in August or September I didn't order it thinking I already got it. It was on the TV still and mine, that I bought in July they cancelled. So now I never got&amp;nbsp; it. I called but the women couldn't do anything for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I lost out on that throw. Well I ordered one for the fall with coffee cups on it and a witch one for Halloween. Never came to the house. It was so disapointing. Nothing on what happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is also driving me crazy is the no slip so I can send something back. I don't have a printer and don't need one. They used to put a return slip in the bag witth your items. I found that convenient and it should be done that way. Stop cutting corners so people will just keep these items or donate them. We deserve our slip and to return with it,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am at the point I no longer like the Hype and sales piches. It didn't used to be like that. Now it's about Sell, Sell, Sell! Not the customer. No return slip and not recieving items is a real turn off and QVC is not respecting their customers.&amp;nbsp; They will be losing more and more people. I have heard they are not doing well. Get with it Q.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I honestly don't understand how people can live without a printer. &amp;nbsp;I have two of them. &amp;nbsp;I recently bought an HP Envy from QVC for $99. - it's a wonderful wireless printer. &amp;nbsp;I'm even able to print from my iPad and iPhone something I could never do on my Epson.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do people do about getting hard copies of their car insurance cards and owners cards? &amp;nbsp;Maybe they just have them on their phones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But yes like rockygems123 said you can just show the USPS or UPS the QR code on your cellphone and they'll print the label. &amp;nbsp;Assuming you have a cellphone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I still receive return labels with most of my orders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I order a lot from QVC. &amp;nbsp;There's an occasional slip up but it's no big deal. &amp;nbsp;For as much as I order and as much merch as they send out an error is bound to happen occasionally. &amp;nbsp;You just have to be proactive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's so much more competition for online shopping today - it's no wonder QVC has adopted a harder sales approach.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I too could not live without a printer and they are so inexpensive.&amp;nbsp; I don't print a ton but its nice to know iit's there when I need it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been shopping with the Q for 25 years and I can count on 1 hand the times I have had any issues making me question shopping with them.&amp;nbsp; If I had an issue (rarely) its been taken care of promptly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will say, if I am in a hurry for something, I don't order from QVC.&amp;nbsp; To me that just makes the most sense.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I have a printer--a must for me since I do NOT have a smartphone so those QR codes are useless to me.&amp;nbsp; I use the printer for many things, e.g, tickets, boarding passes, etc.&amp;nbsp; I like having a hard copy.&amp;nbsp; What happens if you lose your smartphone or it doesn't work???&amp;nbsp; I asked that of someone once and she looked horrified--LOL!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Figured it was cheaper to buy a new printer with ink cartridges included, then to buy two new ink cartridges alone.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;The printer is still in the unopened box in the spare bedroom. I've had no reason to use it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;As for car registration, my state has always mailed a current card. Same thing with the insurance company sending their card for my car.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;More and more venues for various events want ticket bar codes presented on a mobile device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I accidentally threw mine away and I was able to receive everything I had on the phone with the exception of what I acquired within the last 24 hours due to not updating it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's ridiculous considering that, despite what QVC would like their target audience to be, the folks who have kept them in business were not considered when a decision to get rid of the labels was made.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/36839"&gt;@blondegirl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;People have to keep up with the times. &amp;nbsp;With technology. &amp;nbsp;Or get left behind.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently was making a return to QVC and there was no return label online - thought they were emailing me one but instead they sent UPS to pick up my package. &amp;nbsp;The UPS man scanned my package and gave me a receipt. &amp;nbsp;That surprised me. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So who knows what the "mail man" might be able to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;The mailman might be able to scan the QR code, but I doubt he would be able to print out a return label like the post office can.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;This is a problem for some of the older or disabled folks at home that still do shop at QVC perhaps (&lt;I&gt;gasp!😱&lt;/I&gt;) even ordering by phone.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/36839"&gt;@blondegirl&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, Unfortunately, your mother would have to call customer service and request they send her a &lt;I&gt;paper return label (not a QR code) &lt;/I&gt;by mail so she could return. &amp;nbsp;Or hopefully, you could help her with printing one out if you have a printer.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;This isn't something just QVC has adopted. &amp;nbsp;Many, if not most, online retailers don't include paper return slips anymore.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;I think it would be great if QVC (and other retailers) gave us an option at checkout whether we want a paper return label included with our order.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not only customer service.&amp;nbsp; QVC practices these days border on fraud.&amp;nbsp; They advertise free shipping today.&amp;nbsp; I checked an item yester day and it was $99.99 plus shipping and handling.&amp;nbsp; Today it's listed for $104.99 and supposedly "free shipping".&amp;nbsp; In my book that's deceiving the customer.&amp;nbsp; I can't stand companies that think they can cheat their customers.&amp;nbsp; This is fraud!&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately so many stores have closed and in my area I am forced to shop online.&amp;nbsp; Companies like QVC take advantage of this and need a reminder that without our purchases you will not exist!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I don't have a printer, no need for one. I can go to my library, and use their computer. I agree with the original poster, there should be return slips with Every order. Part of their guarantee policy. I don't do Q codes either. Keep it simple.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree with you about the return labels. &amp;nbsp;I do have a printer and print my own return labels for QVC. &amp;nbsp;I live in a rural area and we do not have a UPS store so I cannot take my returns and have the QR code scanned. &amp;nbsp;In the town I live in, we only have a UPS drop box so if the return is not in a small box or envelope, I have to drive to another town where they have a UPS Drop Off Access Point. &amp;nbsp;Still not a UPS store but a hardware store that allows you to drop off wrapped and labeled UPS packages. &amp;nbsp;While this works fine for me, I am used to it, I feel the return slips should still be included in the packages. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes I get them, sometimes I don't. &amp;nbsp;Not everyone is computer savvy and not everyone has a printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the way, when you initiate your return online, you have the option to return via UPS or USPS. &amp;nbsp;If you do USPS, your refund gets processed much faster than returning by UPS. &amp;nbsp;Not sure why, but I've made this discovery and am getting my refunds faster if I take my return to the post office. &amp;nbsp;Once USPS scans my package, I get an email from QVC telling me my refund is being processed and it's in my account in a couple of days. &amp;nbsp;UPS returns often take several weeks before refunds hit my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I live in a rural area where the mail lady drives her own vehicle. &amp;nbsp;Neither she nor the local post office has the ability to scan QR codes but both she and the post office will take a boxed up package with a pre-printed label. &amp;nbsp;Not everyone can get with the times if you have no UPS store and the local PO is limited with what they can do. &amp;nbsp;I agree, it is that particular age group, the ones who may not have a smart phone or printer, that has kept QVC afloat all these years. &amp;nbsp;I don't know of any younger people who shop from QVC anyway. &amp;nbsp;My 40 and 43 year old children laugh when I watch QVC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
