Eons ago I bought (in a store not Q) a lightweight velour top similar to this.

It was so hot I nearly sweated out of it! Just looking at velour items on TV makes me feel that way LOL!

@Shelbelle. I don't think it's ever been gone. I've seen some sold every year since the 1980s.

I love to wear velour tops around the house. I feel they wash well, and always look nice. I also find them a little warmer than cotton during the winter months. I have two from years ago and they look great. If these were not so long I would have bought at least two. Most brands on QVC are just too long for a height challenged person.

I do have a similar velour top from the D&Co Active line. I must have bought it several years ago. Mine is 80% cotton and 20% polyester and it was made in Vietnam. This version is 78% cotton and 22% polyester. The color I have is similar to the shirt you posted (evergreen)

My top isn't quite as wide around the hips, but it does have the pockets. I guess this is the updated version, and I still wear it from time to time.

I love velour cuddle duds leggings and just ordered 2 more pair. I have a couple of velour tops but not long and has cowl neckline. I like wearing those and cozy.

I think it's nice but I won't buy as I have been in shopping rehab for awhile now, LOL with a couple of slip ups of course. I always like velour for the winter, it's nice and warm and comfortable. I used to have several LL Bean velour tops and that lasted many years.

Enjoy if you buy, the color green is really nice.

@January121 I believe you are correct. I think she usually had her coat/jacket TSV on Thanksgiving.

I ordered the top in the red. The photo posted here is not as flattering as the top in the presentation. I just hope it's a little more generous in the hips. I don't think it's supposed to be a very warm velour. Gary described it as very breatheable. I ordered the black pants with the red top. Maybe I will get to wear it for next year's holiday.

I really wish they would give hip measurements for tops in CLICK HERE instead of measurements for the bottom opening circumference. I also wish that the models would put their hands in the pockets half as much as they are doing. OK, we know, lots of requests come in for pockets and you want to show us this top has pockets but I want to see what the top looks like. I'd also like to see the back of the garment on the models and see close-ups of the fabric and colors.

I like it. I got the green. I don't think Velour has ever been in or out. Its a good winter fabric especially if it has a lot of cotton in it, its very warm and comfy. My house is cold inside so I need something to keep warm. If it washes well, it will be good. I like a tunic length for coverage. I'm tall. It does not look like maternity wear, it looks like a tunic.
