Avatar upload not working

What is going on with the avatar upload function? All I'm getting is a blank page now. And when I choose community photos it only shows me one of the many many pictures I've uploaded here. And it doesn't save any of your previous avatars.

Well I finally got it to open and allow me to upload an avatar but it it's still glitchy. It opened, then I decided to cancel, then it wouldn't open, then it finally opened again and worked.

Oh and it's still only showing me as having one picture in my community photos to use as an avatar. I have to upload this one from my hard drive.

I uploaded around 6 avatars in the fall and only half were there a couple weeks ago.

I tried it @jaxs mom. I have a few images.......some old ones but they all say they're awaiting approval so I can't use any of them for an avatar.
