Is the feature for returning items using a QR code down? For two days I am trying to set up a return and can't get past the initial page.

I just tried the system for a return QR code and it worked!

How about calling CS and they will either generate one or send you a label through email?

@LTT1 Thank you. I've run into his problem before. I have a packing list but I hesitate to use it. I feel like my shipment will go into a black hole never to be seen again. QR codes are the way to go. I wonder if they can send me QR code.

During the process just now, I noticed a step of "having trouble ? Or some such thing...were you able to click on those ever during the process?

It has been years since I remember even having a packing slip although I remember probably seeing them.

@LTT1 Ugh! No "having trouble" step. Looked at my packing list and no shipping label attached either. QVC is so annoying. I'll have to call them. Wish me luck. LOL!

@LTT1 Tara-Dana! Success! As a final step I tried going to my account on dot com and it worked! I always use the app and it's not working there (although that's how I usually return things). QVC is quirky as heck.

for me the return center would message "there are no returnable items inthis order". then system seemed fixed but send back options listed drop off selections. Sick of fighting QVC system glitches, I chose Staples return and an UPS label popped up to print. Go figure.

This is apparently an ongoing issue. I just tried to handle a return online and ran into the same problem. Through 'chat' was told they can only provide a return label via email and not a code. Customer is suffering - they claim they are attempting to attract a younger clientele but are risking the loss of customers they already have.
