    <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order today for two items and got the order confirmation only to find status as Contact Customer Service. &amp;nbsp;I did as I was told LOL and was told that a number of orders placed today using the Q Card had flipped to that status. &amp;nbsp;Just posting so you may want to be aware!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has happened to me occasionally &amp;nbsp;- it meant nothing and switched to normal status quickly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It happened to me this past week, and took around probably around 8 hours to resolve. (Not to mention my 2 phone calls). The issue was apparently unknown or so I was told.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;This has happened to me several times.&amp;nbsp; Just this Saturday also.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Do NOT bother CS !&amp;nbsp; No need to keep calling them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;They do not know and can't do anything about it anyways.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;It will go into processing soon.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;This has been posted many times&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
