Gift Card Promotions

Years ago QVC did promotions if you purchased a $100 gift card you would get $20 (different amounts for different increments, this is just an example). Is that not done anymore, or have I just been missing this being advertised? Typically it would be around holidays, mother's day, etc. Thanks for the help.

I remember several nice promotions years ago, like the Gift Card promotion. Birthday was a promotion I recall. Several stores, that I purchase from regularly, sent me birthday and one anniversary $ for my credit card opening! I probably spent more at the Q than others!☹️

I seem to remember a tote bag promotion of some type.

Thank you for the reply. I still get some birthday and anniversary promos from other retailers, but it's definitely lessened over the years. I'm assuming given the current state of affairs, the gift card promotion is no longer, but figured I'd ask. Hopefully, someone from QVC can chime in on this.

They don't even promote gift cards at all. The only way I see how to buy them is to put gift card into the search.

What's funny to me is the Capital One rewards program offers a lot of money back including here. Especially if you look at an item and and don't buy they'll email you a bonus. I have an email right now for 14% back. You have to cash out rewards with gift cards though. You'd think one of the cash out options would be a QVC gift card but nope.
