      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I've been trying to call Customer Service as well as the main number (1515) for the past couple of days.&amp;nbsp; The recording says "We're sorry...all circuits are busy...will you please try later".&amp;nbsp; Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes for several days. Also another&amp;nbsp; message says to push a button to be called back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They don't call back&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wonder if they lost many of these workers because of the bankruptcy announcement? When when my former company was getting sold and the employees found out, Many left the company out of fear.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I often get a message that hold times are greater than 5 minutes.&amp;nbsp; There is an option for QVC to call you back, I always select that, and every time they call within a couple of minutes. Always.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
