      <title>Trouble submitting the Return or Exchange Form</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Has anyone had trouble recently with the on-line Return or Exchange form?&amp;nbsp; I can only go so far with the form, then it goes back to the beginning page.&amp;nbsp; It's like I'm in a loop.&amp;nbsp; I've had to call Customer Serivce&amp;nbsp; and request the QVC mailing labels.&amp;nbsp; I've never had problems like this before.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried making a return and customer service neglected to process within 5 days and I called everyday to see why? I think qvc is a scam ! The customer service seems like they are hiding something!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
