      <description>&lt;P&gt;anytime that has happened to me......and it HAS.....i dont even send them a photo. i just contact qvcsocialteam@qvc.com and they offer me a refund or a replacement. i have had liquids spilled, glass broken, items missing at various times and customer service is always EXCELLENT!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Yes, they wanted it back which I sent&amp;nbsp; . Had Temptations dinner set have 2 broken items and sent it back as&amp;nbsp; I was instructed. Had a Valerie item have a missing part and sent it back per QVC. Yes, received replacements for all the items except Valerie PH item that was sold out.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/250168"&gt;@San Antonio Gal&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- I'm sorry about the mess, but I'm glad you got a nice resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think the policies have changed over the past year or so with the new returns system; there's actually a box you have to check when initiating a return that confirms you are not sending broken or leaky items. I have also received a couple of broken ceramics semi-recently and was instructed to carefully discard them rather than return them (this was the case with both a service rep contacted by phone and the social team).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Been there, had that done...(one time with a case of RAOS spaghetti sauce) what a mess. &amp;nbsp;If Q wraps it well then their fault, but delivery men. Looks like they had over zealous workers and tossed your box for a loop. The delivery men know the box is bad, but it is my guess they are required to deliver it anyway, empty, ruined or ripped up. QVC WILL make it right tho , that I am sure of. I hope you don't have to return package though. Yikes. Sorry! Let us know what happens&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
