    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/206357"&gt;@loriqvc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Thank you.&amp;nbsp; I'll definitely try that tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; I'm just wiped out tonight.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Honestly, I'm normally more tolerant of this kind of thing, but not when there's absolutely no good reason.&amp;nbsp; If I hadn't been out by early morning plowing my drive, I could have understood him not driving up to the door.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once before (ages ago) a driver tried to say my drive wasn't plowed.&amp;nbsp; At that time I could actually call the local office and they made him come back.&amp;nbsp; I met him at the end of the drive and told him I'd seen the van fly by without even slowing down.&amp;nbsp; He had the grace to look shame-faced and say "Sorry".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Lousy UPS Delivery Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just had two packages (food items) "delivered" by UPS today.&amp;nbsp; I don't know what's going on with them lately.&amp;nbsp; In the past they were okay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In December, I had a package from Kohl's left in a snowbank by the side of the main road.&amp;nbsp; The lying driver said he left it at my "Front Door".&amp;nbsp; My house is 710 feet back from the road!&amp;nbsp; My front door is not in a snowbank.&amp;nbsp; (And, yes, I filed a complaint with Kohl's and also phoned UPS - not an easy task.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was assured it wouldn't happen again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So today, I was checking my orders around 12:30 and was surprised to see that my Just Bagels had been delivered to my "Front Door" at 10:30.&amp;nbsp; We had snow overnight; only about 3 inches, but I plow my own driveway, so I went out first thing and plowed "just in case".&amp;nbsp; (I wasn't expecting them today.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As soon as I realized there were no packages at my front door, I headed down my driveway.&amp;nbsp; Yep, there in a dirty snowbank were my Just Bagels! So the driver lied again!&amp;nbsp; This time, however, I had a camera with me and I took photos.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've written a complaint to QVC, with photos and phoned UPS.&amp;nbsp; UPS CS is in somewhere like India and it was very difficult to understand the guy.&amp;nbsp; No way to send them photos.&amp;nbsp; He gave me a website, where I could post photos (didn't exist) and said thank you for the "feedback".&amp;nbsp; They will "investigate" so that it doesn't happen again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yeah, that's what they said in December.&amp;nbsp; Apparently, they have a driver who doesn't like to drive in even a half-inch of snow in the winter.&amp;nbsp; Either that or he's just plain lazy.&amp;nbsp; And a liar to boot.&amp;nbsp; (He's in the wrong job and wrong state!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tried to email the UPS address I was given.&amp;nbsp; It just came back that the mailbox wasn't monitored.&amp;nbsp; Nice one!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two more orders coming tomorrow and then I think I'm done.&amp;nbsp; At least until spring.&amp;nbsp; Or summer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Inexcusable. Rant over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to actually get photos to UPS?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Well, it sounds like the local UPS does not like your property, so I do not know why you would complain to QVC or Kohl's.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Do you even know your drivers?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Sometimes I wait for them and talk to them and thank them. My regular driver often rings my doorbell just to let me know he dropped something off.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Occasionally there is a substitute, and they may not know where to leave a package.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;My neighbors have a big sign--UPS -Please deliver packages to front door, not side door.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The other option is to just have items delivered to your local UPS store, and pick them up there.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I just had a package delivered by UPS an hour ago.&amp;nbsp; It was from QVC.&amp;nbsp; The driver rang my doorbell and when I said hello on the intercom he very politely said "Hi!&amp;nbsp; I'm from UPS and I have your package here at the front door".&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;This is pretty standard practice around here, I guess as it is the same style of delivery I always get from UPS.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;USPS even leaves packages inside my hallway!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Amazon is great with their photo of the delivery location, and FedEx is my least favorite delivery service.&amp;nbsp; They often drop and run without even ringing the bell to let you know something came.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had to keep calling FedEx ( who did nothing) and vendors to complain. Photos of delivery locations did not have my house number on it, but helped me track my packages inside apartment lobbies and up to almost two blocks away. &amp;nbsp;I tried flagging my delivery person down, but he practically ran me over and never stopped. He seemed to be gone after six or seven weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;UPS and USPS knock and run, but they are good at getting packages to my front door.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have never had any pkg. left at the road..UPS supervisor said the driver said my driveway looked slippery!NOT! Just lazy..Also was told it wasn't my regular delivery guy.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;UPS is only as good as the delivery people for each area.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Compared to the post office, my UPS and Amazon can actually find my clear unobstructed front door for delivering my packages. For some reason my mail carrier seems to think my retaining wall by the driveway is the perfect location to place packages on top of vegetation. Visible to everyone on my street and the busy street below, but not visible from my house.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As someone who worked for UPS, not as a driver, the drivers belong to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the Teamsters Union - no matter what they do, the Union backs them,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they don't get fired. They'd get written up by their supervisor, but&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that's it........lots of "written ups" affect their annual review, but the driver&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;would file a grievance with the Teamster Union.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/249843"&gt;@FancyPhillyshopper&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- We have gotten packages delivered for years with no problem.&amp;nbsp; We have a straight, well-maintained driveway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has happened in the last month or so.&amp;nbsp; And we have various drivers.&amp;nbsp; Yes, I've spoken to many of them, but they keep changing.&amp;nbsp; I &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;always&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; thank them, when they come to the door, if I'm home.&amp;nbsp; (We don't &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;have&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; a "regular driver".&amp;nbsp; You're lucky that you do.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a rural area and the nearest (and only) UPS Store is 20 miles away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But thank you for all your suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Oh, and I notified Kohl's and QVC because they are the retailers.&amp;nbsp; They want their packages delivered safely, I'm sure.&amp;nbsp; Kohl's appreciated me notifying them.&amp;nbsp; Also, they have more power filing a complaint than a single customer does.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And we did have one driver who was fairly regular last year.&amp;nbsp; He was so good, I gave him a tip at Christmas.&amp;nbsp; Then I saw him around June this past year for the first time in ages.&amp;nbsp; He said they'd taken him off this route, even though he knew all his customers and their dogs!&amp;nbsp; Haven't seen him since.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I've never had a problem with UPS deliveries, they leave my packages at my door inside of my apartment building but Fedx is the worst in my opinion !&amp;nbsp; Last year in 90 degree weather the driver left my Chocolates outside on the steps of the building even knowing he could walk inside&amp;nbsp; as they usually do because they leave packages at the general mailbox. I called Fedex and filed a complaint.&amp;nbsp; I also had a delivery left at another building and it showed up several days later delivered by the postal worker when she noticed my name on the package while delivering the mail which was very nice of her. I filed a complaint to Fedex.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35228"&gt;@Kachina624&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- We used to be able to call the "local" UPS office (even though it's over a half-hour away).&amp;nbsp; No more.&amp;nbsp; They stopped it years ago; I think because they didn't want to deal with any issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did once manage to call the UPS 1-800 number and get the woman there to relay the message to the local depot.&amp;nbsp; Again, that was some time ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think anyone in India is going to do that these days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="womanindifferent" class="emoticon emoticon-womanindifferent" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_woman-indifferent.png" alt="Woman Indifferent" title="Woman Indifferent" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Believe me, if my food items tomorrow are left in the snowbank, I'll be driving to the local depot to have a word with them!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(And thank you for understanding.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34980"&gt;@Venezia&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Typically, UPS is by far the best courier in my area, but about two years ago, I had to contact them after similarly poor deliveries that were also documented much differently from reality. It turned out that the issues were all attributable to a new driver who was in fact very lazy and very uninterested in how his performance was rated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, just in case these are contact methods you have not yet tried, I saved details for a site where you can submit feedback and for the technical support team, which I was accidentally transferred to due to a misunderstanding about a "delivery address" comment but was staffed with such helpful people that they tried everything they could and ultimately connected me to a local supervisor who fully resolved the situation:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ups.com/upsemail/input?loc=en_US&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Technical Support: 1-877-289-6418 (M-F 7:30-9 ET; S-S 9-8 ET)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
