WAY TO GO QVC! THANK YOU!

I placed an order on 12/3/25 and it's on the UPS delivery vehicle to me today! I'm in Henderson, NV roughly a 4 hour drive from the Ontario, CA warehouse. UPS picked it up yesterday evening and I'll have it this evening!

Please pass my thanks on to the Ontario team!

Placed an order Nov.30...It was here on Dec3..!!

So glad it was UPS..I've had too much mail USPS...coming and going that have gotten lost!

All I do is fill out USPS forms!

@Jo1313. Why do you fill out usps forms? If the package is lost, it's the responsibility of the shipper to make a claim. With QVC, all you have to do is call CS and they'll either reship the item or issue you a refund.

Congrats, @MJDinVegas! I had essentially the same success with a recent order, placing it on the night of 12/1 and receiving it today. My package also came from Ontario, which hasn't happened in weeks. It would be great if that site would be regularly up and running again; packages arrive much more quickly across a couple of states instead of across the whole country.

@Puppy Galore , LOL, I was going to comment on how pleased I've been with QVC'S shipping. I have no idea what happened.

I didn't make myself clear enough...I have brain freeze!!..Sorry!

The missing pkgs. are things that I mailed USPS from here.. to some family members. Trying to track them..they are "stuck" since Nov.10th..no movement at all..I am also missing a couple of incoming bills that need to be paid.

QVC seems to have upped their shipping game, I've been getting my orders very quickly for a couple years now.
