      <title>Disappointed in Kitchen Aid mixer shippment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently ordered and received a 5 speed KitchenAid mixer.&amp;nbsp; The mixer had no issues.&amp;nbsp; As always the quality was definitely there.&amp;nbsp; However, my issue was the packaging of the mixer.&amp;nbsp; It was not repackaged and packed inside another shipping box so when I received it I was shocked at the condition of the box.&amp;nbsp; The &lt;STRONG&gt;orginal mixer box&lt;/STRONG&gt; was so ragged and looked as though it came out of a bargain bin. I'm surprised it even worked.&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;Not a good&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;lo&lt;/STRONG&gt;o&lt;STRONG&gt;k for something that was a gift&lt;/STRONG&gt;!&amp;nbsp; In addition, I had paid $20.00 extra to receive it quickly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;I have received many products (not just from QVC) lately without an outer box, just shipped in the product box, like you would find on a brick and mortar store shelf.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;I don't like it, especially when shipping heavy objects which tend to get dents and tears in the box.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
