Cannot Sign In, Message Says Server is Down!

I have been trying to sign in to my account to no avail. Message says server is down.

Same here. Glad it's not just me. Seems to be one thing after another these days.

I didn't even get a message about the server; just "Something went wrong" and to call customer service.

Odd that we can get onto Community Forum, but not into our accounts to check on orders.

@Venezia The upside to the forums still working with the rest of QVC currently being down is we know that others are also unable to get to their acct. For me, that was a big relief...

I can't log in to see order status either. It makes it look like my password is wrong. I called customer service, and they said they've had several calls saying the same thing. She said QVC knows about it, and is working on their computer problems. The CS rep "reset" my account, meaning in case I tried to log in unsuccessfully too many times in a row, she unlocked me, so that when their server is back up, I won't be locked out. Very frustrating. I hate computer problems.

@Calibeach - I guess it's gone down since then. Hopefully, it won't be for long, as I have a food order that's supposed to be delivered today. I was trying to check on it, when I couldn't get in.

How dependent we've all become on our computers! I think it's a sign that I should get on with the house cleaning.

I just read that it is another problem with Amazon cloud and is effecting Microsoft and other companies. When I tried to open QVC, I got the not working message but it opened on the next try.
