Problems with orders today

Is anyone having issues with your orders?

I placed 2 today and both orders say to contact customer service which I did.

They said there's a glitch in the system and to call back in 24 hours.

Just curious if this has happened to anyone else.

Not today but I've received that message on an order then by the next morning the message is gone and order has gone through.

I saw that a lot of websites are having problems due to a huge hack.

Not a hack. Amazon has had connectivity issues all day and its web services control a lot of other websites. I haven't read anything about QVC being part of that issue, but it's possible.

@Lucylu12 I hope you had all you issues resolved today. I noticed QVC was a bit messy this morning. I couldn't access my wish list or search for several things. I was finally able to place an order.

That being said, Amazon and the entities connected with Amazon were out this morning. My Ambient Noise on the Echo went out sometime between 3 and 4 am. Then I realized my Ring doorbell wasn't talking to my cell phone. I was about to reset everything when my DD told me everyone was having problems. She was mad because she had to "manually" make her grocery shopping list.

First world problems. Hahahah!
