I cannot access my wish list as of about an hour ago. There is quite a bit I have been saving so if someone in tech could check it out it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I have been unable to access mine since I first tried around 9:00 a.m. For me, this issue is typical on free shipping days.

6:45 p.m. My Wish list now is available, but I decided not to buy anything.

I can't access my Wish List either and there are one or two gifts I've been waiting to order on a free shipping day.

It seems to work off and on. Keep trying and it may come back.

A surefire way is to add something to your Wish List, whether you want that item or not. It will take you to the page.

This morning when I first went on the Q site and saw free shipping I immediately went to my saved items and they were gone. So I tried to think with my antiquated brain what was there! I remember two things!

Hello everyone! We're very sorry for this issue. Our IT team is aware of this issue and are working to fix it. In the meantime. please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

Also ensure you have the latest version of your preferred browser installed and check for QVC app updates. After you restart your device, the problem should hopefully be cleared up!

I think both things come in and out. If it doesn't work, just do something else and come back. Sometimes I try to access different ways. I just tried to add something to wish list and system said not available. So I logged in community, went back, and it was working. Same things happens with saved items. Sometimes they are there, sometimes they are not.

Services are inconsistent and it is frustrating for customers.

I was unable to access mine for only about 10 minutes then I got in no problem. By that time I had already ordered what I wanted so I didn't panic or anything. Normally when others have those issues I do not.
