      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased an As Is item during Christmas in July. I expected the item to be a return. I did not expect a broken item. The item I received was clearly damaged. I returned the item within 30 days. After several weeks the broken item was returned to me. Customer service suggested I return the item again.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I would email QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. Give them your order number and what your experience has been with this product. It was defective from the beginning and no reason to pay S&amp;amp;H. Also, let them know how you want your refund to be applied (original&amp;nbsp; payment method or credit on your account). Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If they were marked as such when returned, it should have been permanently pulled from inventory.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/203611"&gt;@page mom&lt;/a&gt;, sounds to me as if there was only one As Is available.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;no "as is" should be defective or broken. &amp;nbsp;I called QVC CS long time ago about this, as I wasn't totally clear what kind of chance I was taking. They said, as it does online, may be sample, on air item worn, not in original box or package, etc. they still have the QVC satisfaction guarentee. &amp;nbsp; The item I bought was shoes, and actually they looked like new.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;I woukd do as poster suggested and write social team, with info. They will take care of you and amend shipping charges&lt;/P&gt;</description>
