    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Agree with last posts above.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Use Synchrony for QVC, HSN, Amazon and Lowes.....and have for years!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Never had a problem.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I to go 'Pay my Q Card' from above pull down.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I can then pay any and all of the charges I have w/ Synchrony.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Every detail on every diff credit card is all right there.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I get a conf # and then conf email on everything I do.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;If the OP was getting confused and making duplicate payments, it would have been easy to see on the statement, activity section.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Sometimes, it is easier to blame Synchrony when we don't see what we expect to see.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Q-Card Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a Q-Card for many years and didn't have a single problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;until Syncrony Bank took over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One issue at the top of my list is getting a Late Payment Notice?&amp;nbsp; I went into the account and it showed I didn't make a payment?&amp;nbsp; I have NEVER been late, NEVER!&amp;nbsp; Always pay well in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I chatted with the bank and they seemed confused on how the installment payments are processed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried talking to a QVC Customer service, who always refers me back to the bank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I find out, I pay the bill on line and my wife was sending another payment via mail by check? I am in the process to see where our "DOUBLE" payments have gone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right now I will ONLY use my card for initial ordering and then pay off&amp;nbsp; the QVC amount as soon as it gets posted.&amp;nbsp; Once I get this isssue taken care of, NO more QVC Card!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That should tell you what is happening. Also, you should have noticed on your bank statement the double payments. You need to reconcile your payments posted versus your bank statement. Never had any issues. I go online, make my payment and bam, done. If for any reason there would be an issue I save all my emails stating the payments been made.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;We have used our Q card for many years, to my knowledge we have no problems with it, my husband is an accountant and he keeps a sharp watch on these things. I bet we have or had a half dozen or more Synchrony accounts, Lowes, Home Depot, TJ Maxx among them. Hime Depot and/or Lowes usually offer 6-12 months interest free financing for appliances, we just used it for our refrigerator.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I DO NOT LIKE IT!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Q Card is convenient and we use it, howebver if you wait to get a bill and plan to send a check, it will probably be late! AND THE BANK WILL NOT TAKE A DEBIT CARD!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
