Can not read/leave reviews and can not see "hearts"

I have written about this problem before recently but now I can not read or see any reviews on any item. I know that they have been reviewed. Also since the beginning of the year I no longer can "heart" an item to put in to my Collections. CS on the phone is unaware of website problems. So I am hoping that someone working in website tech will see and respond. I have not seen a lot of these problems on the forums. Recently I had to change my email address on this website in order to receive emails from QVC. No matter what I did with my other email address I could not get emails to be sent from QVC. New email address and they came just fine. I am on a Macbook laptop. Just wondering if anyone else struggling with these issues. Thx,

I also have read they won't post bad reviews - so relying on the reviews online probably isn't a good idea.

Hi @Starfish, @ms traditional has a great idea, we usually ask posters to change browsers to see if that helps with veiwing reviews and other information on the website. Let us know if that helps.

@hoosieroriginal You are sadly mistaken. They post plenty of unfavorable reviews. I've written some of them. I spent a lot of time and effort trying to write reviews with the information I'd want if I was contemplating the purchase of the item. I'd say reading reviews before buying would be a smart move.

@Kachina624 - I can't tell you how many times people have posted on here that they have written unfavorable reviews that were never posted.

@hoosieroriginal They say that because their reviews didn't meet the standards for reviews so they weren't published for that reason. The most common mistake is to cite a customer service issue as a reason, which has nothing to do with the performance of the item. A review is not "it arrived broken" or "shipping was slow".

I use Safari. Does the Q have trouble interfacing with Safari. I really hate to have to download another browser when it seems that your tech dept should be able to work out the problems. I have no trouble on any other site. Is this the only suggestion?
