      <title>Slow Processing Getting Worse...</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I just don't understand how the processing/shipping can get any worse or impossible to understand. &amp;nbsp;On 7/28 I placed an order which is still "in process" and supposed to have been here by 8/4. &amp;nbsp;I can't cancel it at all, so where is it? Then on 8/4 I placed an order which is "preparing your order" and was supposed to be here by 8/12. &amp;nbsp;Another item ordered on the same ticket is already on the way though. &amp;nbsp;I can't cancel this either. &amp;nbsp;What is going on? &amp;nbsp;I get some items rather quickly and others are in limbo somewhere. &amp;nbsp;If it's not coming at all, why can't I cancel it and get off my order status? &amp;nbsp;Somebody needs to work this crazy system out for sure! &amp;nbsp;I used to never have this kind of problem years ago by the way. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Update--Well, one item got sent out yesterday but the other item is still in space somewhere I guess.&amp;nbsp; Really is confusing about when something gets sent or not lately!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two orders placed on the 5th that still say "preparing your order".&amp;nbsp; This was after they dropped the "Contact CS: on them.&amp;nbsp; No idea what that was about and I didn't bother contacting CS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It still shows the option to cancel and I think I'm about to do that.&amp;nbsp; It's not as if I need any more stuff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ETA:&amp;nbsp; In fact, I did just cancel one of them.&amp;nbsp; I placed several orders with Kohl's on Friday and they've already shipped, due for delivery on Monday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What with the slow shipping on the Q and the "Just Missed It!" message always popping up, someone in the higher echelons needs to address these issues and fast.&amp;nbsp; I didn't buy a thing with yesterday's free shipping, because I kept getting that message.&amp;nbsp; It's not worth my time to save a few bucks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a couple of tops on 8/02 that just shipped yesterday 8/09--SEVEN DAYS in processing! And if they arrive on the due date it'll be another SIX DAYS til I receive them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know not to order anything that's time-critical, so I'll wait...but this is a bit much!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have also ordered items from HSN and they took almost 2 weeks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="helvetica" size="5" color="#008000"&gt;My rule of thumb, and always has been, don't buy anything from either if you need the item within a specific time frame. This includes all online retailers for me. And now even Amazon takes longer on some items than the 1 day it used to be. I purchase then forget about it. When I receive the notice it shipped I watch for the item to arrive within a week or so.&amp;nbsp; If I need something by a specific date, I shop local.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, I now have two orders placed 6 days ago that are still stuck as&lt;EM&gt; "Preparing your order"&lt;/EM&gt;. Very frustrating but not surprising.
