    <description>&lt;P&gt;OutOFTheBlue: Same here. I have been with QVC almost since the beginning and I have not posted on the boards very much. Lately, I find myself posting more because of the delays as well. I had a delay in an order a few months back that finally got to me, but now I'm dealing with 2 that are still "in process". I would like to just cancel one of them, but I can't even do that. If it hasn't left the warehouse (Ontario, I suspect) then why can't you just cancel it? The other is a birthday gift for October. Hopefully it will be here by then.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One good thing has come from this-I definitely think twice before I order anything anymore. HSN isn't much better. I thought it was, but I have something on autoship that I want sent to me now, but estimated delivery date is November 2025. Seriously? I thought with autoship/autodelivery, you could speed up or delay shipments as you need them. I guess one shouldn't make promises that one isn't able to fulfill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order for two items on April 30. There were supposed to arrive by May 7. Fine. Except they still have not shipped!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On May 8, I tried to cancel my order; however, I got a message saying I could not cancel and I would have to call Customer Service. The rep said my order is too far along to cancel but I can send them back for a refund. If they haven't shipped, why can't I cancel? They still haven't shipped as of May 10 and I still cannot cancel the order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have no idea what's going on with QVC, but it's not good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You are not given the precise location and process the item is in. Just because it hasn't shipped doesn't&amp;nbsp;mean it's not moving through the process. You are usually notified of shipment once it's actually got a shipping label.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="helvetica" size="5" color="#800080"&gt;What works for me, I only order something I know I want, and definitely not when I need it soon. I pretty much forget about it until I receive a notice it's shipped.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="helvetica" size="5" color="#800080"&gt;Some items I may receive&amp;nbsp;in 3 days after ordering, others may take a couple weeks. If you need something soon, don't order from QVC. It's always been this way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Canceling an order whether it's just been placed a minute ago or an hour ago or, in this case, just not shipping can't be done.&amp;nbsp; Either they lack the software to be able to cancel orders or they don't know how or don't want to.&amp;nbsp; It can be done.&amp;nbsp; My husband has worked in IT for over 40 years.&amp;nbsp; Was a CIO and was in charge of all the warehouses across the country.&amp;nbsp; He now builds the software.&amp;nbsp; It can be done.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Been a Q customer for 38 years.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I've posted LESS THAN 100 comments in 15 years on these boards.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;But in the last week, I've posted MORE than ever before.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;WHY?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Because ORDERS seem to be processing for a long time and NOT shipping.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Seems like most of the complaints are about delays with processing orders and shipping times.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Never seen anything like it.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;And yes, I know the Ontario California warehouse had some issues; but how does that account for so many problems? I got a noticed a day after I ordered it that it was "shipped" but UPS didn't get it for over a week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will never order anything from QVC again. Amazon is the way to go from now on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
