    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;How much do people buy that they are returning multiple items at a time?&amp;nbsp; I only order if I'm 99% sure I'm going to keep it.&amp;nbsp; Can't imagine how much is spent on returning items???&amp;nbsp; But then in the past year I've only ordered 10 items from QVC and only a few more than that from HSN.&amp;nbsp; Much prefer Macy's that has free shipping and I can easily return the item to the store if necessary.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am extremely frustrated &amp;amp; disappointed.&amp;nbsp; In the past,&amp;nbsp; I have been able to return multiple items in 1 box,&amp;nbsp; with 1 return shipping fee.&amp;nbsp; Not anymore.&amp;nbsp; Many items are now being shipped without invoices,&amp;nbsp; meaning I have to go online &amp;amp; print a return invoice &amp;amp; return label per item.&amp;nbsp; So,&amp;nbsp; on the average,&amp;nbsp; total cost for 1 item to ship to me &amp;amp; return,&amp;nbsp; is about $10,&amp;nbsp; with nothing to show for it.&amp;nbsp; Right now,&amp;nbsp; with this new method,&amp;nbsp; I have to do 4 separate returns &amp;amp; will be out about $40.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been a customer for years,&amp;nbsp; with about 90% of my closet filled with items from QVC,&amp;nbsp; along with other items for our home.&amp;nbsp; Sadly,&amp;nbsp; I have to say goodbye to shopping with QVC.&amp;nbsp; Makes no sense to spend that much money &amp;amp; have nothing.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To management, I say,&amp;nbsp; other companies ship numerous items with one shipping charge &amp;amp; 1 return shipping charge.&amp;nbsp; Why can't QVC do the same?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you want to return multiple items from different orders in one box you're better off just paying for the shipping yourself using your own lable instead of QVC's. &amp;nbsp;Just make sure they don't deduct their own return shipping charges. &amp;nbsp;You pretty much have to watch this like a hawk.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just make sure you get a tracking # from the USPS to watch, and make sure you are not charged the return fee.&amp;nbsp; If you do, a quick chat or call to CS will have that refunded.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I prefer to return items separately.&amp;nbsp; Each item then has it's own&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;receipt.&amp;nbsp; Returning multiple items in one box you have one receipt &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;for that box and no way of proving you sent a particular item back.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;You still get charged the return fee for any item in the box.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's not that I couldn't like it, the sizes are so off, I don't even want to deal with returns. &amp;nbsp;Sometimes the trouble with putting things in one box, is there are different warehouses and gates on many items. But if the items all went to same address, and gate, etc, I woukd put multiple items, usually same item...different print or color in same box. &amp;nbsp;Many times over the years when I did that they didn't credit me for other item. &amp;nbsp;Mess. There is no reason in the world if you have multiple items of same style you shouldn't be able to send in one package, one postage. It is just wrong. &amp;nbsp;I can seee multiple different items in one box...although no other company I know charges for each item from same order. Ridiculous. &amp;nbsp;But all but a few places I shop charge for retirns. &amp;nbsp;All companies I deal with have free ship,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I almost ALWAYS return more than one item at a time, in the same box or bag.&amp;nbsp; I have returned up to 4 even 5 things all together.&amp;nbsp; I only get charged one $6.95 fee.&amp;nbsp; I do watch and check to be sure I got the proper credit on everything.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I am still getting invoices and return labels on most of my orders. If I had to print my return label, I would still use it to return more than one item.&amp;nbsp; If they ever change that policy, that might be the final straw for me, in that, I would only order things that I am 100% sure I won't want to return.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I've done this a few times over the years and get charged for only 1 return. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;1. Prep all the items with their own invoices and put in a box.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;2. Then print all the labels but stairstep (layer) them when taping to the box so the barcode for each item (not label) shows below the top label. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;3. Take the box to a post office so the top label can be scanned in and you get a receipt.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same experience. A few months ago I returned three items in one box with the separate return slip attached to each package. I was charged only one return fee. I did call customer service before I did this and was assured this was not a problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i lost a lot of weight in the last year and needed lots of new clothes. I appreciate the wide range of petite sizing the Q offers. I always carefully checked the garment measurements.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;if this policy has changed I will purchase less. But where does it say it has? And lately I have received a packing slip with each order.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
