Gift Card Question

Is there a place where I can store the gift card amounts I got for my birthday to use them later or do I have to wait until I purchase an item to insert the gift card amount? (Can't find an answer here online.). Thanks! Susan

@InStitches49 I just write, with a magic marker, the total amount or the balance right on the card.

@coffee drinker I do the same thing.......write the remaining balance on the card.
