      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order on 6/16/25 and it still shows "Preparing Your Order".&amp;nbsp; That is 11 DAYS AGO!!! This is completely unacceptable.&amp;nbsp; I was hoping to have this for an upcoming trip and there's no way it will be here in time.&amp;nbsp; I have called twice and I'm annoyed that there is nobody to email to voice my opinion.&amp;nbsp; I am a loyal QVC customer and have been for YEARS!!&amp;nbsp; I am hesitant to order anything now until they get their Ontario warehouse situation fixed (at least that's what the person on the phone told me was the issue).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It has been going on for months. One recent thought is the warehouse isn't stocked? Many customers are experiencing delays with&amp;nbsp; some choosing to shop elsewhere and others willing to wait. Actual ship time in transit and delivery is faster.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Very frustrating to plan on things and ordering in reasonable time and have to make adjustments. We all hope for better service?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I've been a QVC customer for 38 years, and have NEVER seen shipping from the Q this bad.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have made less than 150 posts on these boards in ALL that time, and yet, I have made MOST of my posts in the last 2 months since this whole shipping delay mess started happening in April.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I've seen DOZENS of posts about this EXACT problem, over and over again for 2 months now.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Q has offered some explanations on the bigger posts a few weeks back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Explanations from Q are: Warehouse problems in Ontario, CA and technical issues.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Doesn't Q have more than ONE warehouse?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I remember until 6 years ago, ALL my Q orders came from Back east (I'm on the west coast). And I was used to waiting a fulll 10 days to get anything from Q.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;With the Ontario,CA warehouse...I was getting orders in 5 days! It was amazing - after 30 years, I finally understood why people who live on the east coast were so happy with Q's service - They had always received their orders in 5 days or so, while on the west coast, we were used to 10 days to get orders for almost 3 decades.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;So now there's the Ontario, CA warehouse...and things are taking up to 3 weeks to receive.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Can't Cancel.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Technically, I don't think Q has charged my credit card until an order SHIPS.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;These complaints about SLOW SHIPPING have been going on since: APRIL&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I just factor it in now:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;IF I WANT SOMETHING FROM THE Q - IT"S GOING TO TAKE 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE IT.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Until things change, I don't see any other options. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;There are lots of online retailers out there..but there are certain brands from the Q that I like, so I will continue to order them; even if it takes 3 weeks.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I don't think it is an issue with the warehouse not being stocked because I ordered a dress that is not new it's been around for quite a while, I wanted it for a special occasion and it has been stuck and it's still stuck since May 19th. Since I needed this dress for a special occasion I took a chance and reordered it about a week later and it shipped within a couple of days and I got it and there were no issues with that second order but the original order is still stuck and they cannot or will not cancel it which means if I ever get it I'm going to have to return it because I don't need two of the same dress.</description>
