    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Don't ask them to cancel it. &amp;nbsp;Too late to cancel.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Ask them to give you the exact location of the package. &amp;nbsp;When they can't, explain that it's lost and you're paying interest on that item's charge waiting for it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I just had this happen with a pair of sneakers for my husband from Macys and they realized it was lost, next step refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I ordered a dress back in May, it was in stock, but has been stuck processing since May 19th. I needed this dress for a special occasion so when it didn't ship after a week or so I took a chance and reordered it, it shipped in a couple of days, I got it and I loved it, but the original order is STILL stuck in processing. I have asked customer service repeatedly to cancel it, I don't need the dress anymore, I already have it, but they can't or won't. So frustrating!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the package has moved beyond "In Process" but hasn't shipped yet, it is in a limbo that customer service can't resolve. There is nothing the system will allow them to do and there likely is no additional information they have access to. But charges are not applied until the item has been shipped, so even though it is frustrating to babysit an order (I'm in a similar situation), at least it's bank account neutral.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having a similar experience.&amp;nbsp; Ordered 11 items on 5/24 (I know, I know...but it was a free shipping day and TSV for Kim Gravel so ordered items to take on a trip which has since come and gone).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All 11 items still show "Preparing your order" status after all of this time.&amp;nbsp; I've also spoken to CS on multiple occasions and there's nothing they can do.&amp;nbsp; They assure me my orders aren't lost but it's just a problem with Ontario warehouse.&amp;nbsp; I've requested cancellation several times with no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sadly, I didn't realize that the Free Shipping I thought I was getting would turn out to be No Shipping!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's so frustrating and hard for me to believe that Executive Management would allow a warehouse to continue to operate in this manner.&amp;nbsp; What's going on QVC????&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>You would think they would rather let people cancel than have to deal with all the returns they are going to get because of issues like this. I don't need two of the same dress and I really don't want the hassle of having to return it especially since they can't be bothered to send labels anymore but if I ever get it it will be starting the return journey in the next day's mail.</description>
