      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had Jimmy the Baker Crumb Cakes on A/D.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got the first shipment months ago and the second was due to be shipped today.&amp;nbsp; I just looked to see it's gone to &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Backorder&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a food item that's supposed to be shipped fresh.&amp;nbsp; How can it go to backorder?&amp;nbsp; Did they take too many orders again?&amp;nbsp; More than they can fulfill?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Honestly, I've had it.&amp;nbsp; I canceled this shipment and the remaining ones.&amp;nbsp; I don't need the hassle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone at QVC needs to get their act together.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileymad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileymad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.png" alt="Smiley Mad" title="Smiley Mad" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35228"&gt;@Kachina624&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- If it's the same item as mine (M133439), only the first shipment gave a choice of lemon.&amp;nbsp; (My A/D started in February.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following 3 shipments were 6 cinnamon with 6 peach (summer), 6 pumpkin (fall) and 6 gingerbread (winter).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I actually emailed the Social Team to ask last week because Jimmy said on a recent show with David that it was "whatever the customer wants".&amp;nbsp; I didn't think that sounded right and I couldn't find anywhere to choose a selection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would've preferred lemon and peach, but would've been okay with cinnamon and peach for this shipment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm just not okay with getting the email that my order is ready to ship, then finding it's gone to backorder.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
