      <title>Careless Mistakes!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am done ordering from QVC - my last three orders have had problems.&amp;nbsp; I ordered two fashion items where the wrong color was shipped to me, and I had to return - the return label you print costs 6.95 and there is no way to change that because it was QVC mistake.&amp;nbsp; One item was mailed nack more than a week ago, and there is no tracking information yet for the return.&amp;nbsp; I also ordered a mattress which was supposed to be delivered by May 16, but the order was never transmitted to the vendor, and had to be re-ordered.&amp;nbsp; So I will shop Amazon and Macy's which are infinitely more reliable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't remember getting any $10 credit for mistakes. &amp;nbsp;Maybe it's a new policy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I've always made sure I haven't been charged return shipping, if it was a mistake or defective.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(The only times I've gotten dinged return S&amp;amp;H, when I shouldn't have, has been by HSN. &amp;nbsp;At the time, I didn't know better, but they should've.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
