      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I rarely say anything positive about the Q but I have something now! I really like/appreciate that they have "any questions" on the product reviews. You can read all the questions and answers already asked and you can ask "it" a question about the product and you get an answer RIGHT AWAY! Uncanny!! If it's been around for a long time I guess I missed it. But I find it really helpful.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's odd, because every time I've asked a question of their new A.I., all I get back is "That information is not available" and to refer the question to the manufacturer!&amp;nbsp; If the information isn't already in the online description, I don't get an answer.&amp;nbsp; So what use is that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(ETA:&amp;nbsp; I haven't had a single question answered.&amp;nbsp; At least a human might be able to find the information!&amp;nbsp; For instance, what operating system does this Tracfone have?&amp;nbsp; What version?&amp;nbsp; What is the model?&amp;nbsp; So on and so on.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've always been frustrated by the question and answer section of a product. Most of them never get answered, so why bother asking? I think the vendor should get on there and answer questions.</description>
