    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I had 5 orders from mid April that just never shipped for weeks.&amp;nbsp; I kept calling Customer Service, said they'd cancel.&amp;nbsp; But, finally 4 items shipped.&amp;nbsp; Last item still hasn't shipped.&amp;nbsp; On the flip side, I've ordered some thing since then and most have shipped pretty normally.&amp;nbsp; Frankly, I'm a little skiddish about ordering these days ... unless I really really want something ... because I don't have the time nor patience for it.&amp;nbsp; P.S.&amp;nbsp; An auto delivery food item shipped but is not showing up in my "auto delivery" tab.&amp;nbsp; Again, I've called Customer Service, they keep saying it's going to get fixed, but it hasn't.&amp;nbsp; Now guessing when and if another shipment will arrive.&amp;nbsp; Frustrated, long long time customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just wondering if other people are having slow shipping? I contacted The social team and they just say they are working on it. I have things ordered from April 29th. May 5th, 2 on May 6th , May 7th and May 11th. Nothing has shipped. Thanks for letting me vent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I placed a order on 4/28 by 5/9 it was still in processing. I called customer service and she told me it was in the Ontario warehouse and she would check on it. On 5/12 I saw it went to processing order and has been there since. I called CS again and was told they had no idea when it would ship. QVC should let customers know if the order is going to be delayed before they order that way they can decide if they really want the item.</description>

WHY HAS THE DYSON SUPERSONIC NURAL THAT I ORDERED ON 5/15 STILL PROCESSING AND ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HAVE TO SAY IS IT STILL IS IN PROCESSING?????????? I was able to snag one of the last in stock Strawberry Bronze Special Edtition with accessories package you had in stock. I have been dying to get one with every item in this package but could not pull the trigger on paying for each individual item separately at full price. Seen you had this special sale and after much headache just trying to get one after selling out initially, I secured a unit in my cart. Then after some issues with your card processing, I had delays processing the order immediately after placement, you got my pre-authorization and the order has sat "in process" status since the 15th of May. We are now on the 4th of June and every time I call Customer Service, I get the same scripted generic response, "It's processing". This is unacceptable and want to know what you are going to do to resolve this expeditiously!!!!! You should waive my first Easy-Pay for the item to ship as a courtesy for crying out loud this is ridiculous. I waited so long for this item, now that I was able to purchase it, give me the run around. No, not acceptable. FIX THIS PLEASE&lt;/P&gt;</description>
