Check Your Packages Upon Receipt

Check your packages when you receive them. I ordered 4 of item M98050 - Numa Foods Peanut Butter Bars. I only received 2 packages (in seperate boxes). I am going to try and send them back. If they can't tell the difference in 2 packages and 4 packages I need to purchase them at another place. Sorry for the rant, but.......

Yes, of course I was charged for 4 otherwise I wouldn't be complaining.

letting customer service know so they can send the missing 2 to you?

If you send two back they will probably only credit you for two. I would contact customer service, explain what was received and ask for the others to be sent.

@KatieB, have you checked your order status?

In my experience, not all packages ordered at the same time are delivered at the same time.

@KatieB Why don't you call CS first and explain. Perhaps the other box is on its way but certainly they should be able to assist you . You may create a bigger headache for yourself by doing what you say you;re doing just because your angry.

That would make too much sense. It's easier to complain here.
