Do I have to pay postage when I return an item that was a QVC mistake? I ordered a dress in Size XL and received the dress in 4XL. I want a refund, but don't think I should have to pay shipping on the QVC mistake.

@Q Customer Cleo - No, you don't get charged for the return or original shipping. (You should get a full refund of what you paid.)

Just check on the return slip that the wrong size was sent and ask for a refund (if you don't want an exchange).

I would also send an email to the Social Team (they are the mods on here and also CS reps) to notify them of the return (give them the order and Item numbers and reason for the return). They can make sure your account is credited correctly.

No you don't. Fastest way is to call CS. Have them note you're account as wrong item delivered.
