I don't know if there's a connection or it's just coincidence, but the last email I received from HSN was on 1/26/17. Do you both use the same service to send emails?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Several days after the emails stopped, I checked my accounts and had been unsubscribed to all email. I know for certain this was not done on my end, and I signed up for them again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My regular email is with Comcast. I wanted to rule out that the problem wasn't with them, so I yesterday I changed both my QVC and HSN emails to a different address with a different domain. I received confirmations regarding the change in email address, but that's it. I even signed up for QVC reminders, and I'm still not receiving anything. Still no HSN emails either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please share this information with the team if you think it might help them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem. No matter what I did--call Cust Ser, update my email preferences, etc. Finally I had to change my email address to my gmail account. I thought that maybe it was because I was on Comcast. After I changed to gmail account--voila! I began getting emails again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CS couldn't explain it. I am also not able to "heart" any items anymore. Not sure why but the hearts have disappeared!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Comcast says you're not. I know and you know I'm subscribed to emails. Just because I'm subscribed doesn't necessarily mean you're sending them. &lt;P&gt;No one at QVC has yet verified that emails are being sent to me. Comcast says you're not. I know and you know I'm subscribed to emails. Just because I'm subscribed doesn't necessarily mean you're sending them. HSN was able to figure out and fix the problem which was on their end, can you?&lt;/P&gt;

I'm sorry this has taken a while to fix. There are a varietyof reasons why this happens - an email could have been marked as spam, an inbox is full, or your email domain, Comcast, marked it as undeliverable.
