    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;When there is no return label included in the package I go into 'Order Status' and click on 'Start a Return' and follow the steps, then you can print out a return label, you get a choice to return either USPS or UPS, seems the return procedure is much more quicker once your package is sent, QVC will acknowledge the return status and refunds are promptly processed less than 2 weeks.&lt;/FONT&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Return Shipping Label</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an item that had no return label . So, I went to print a label. The label stated Parcel Rtn Svc. There is no tracking numbers or return shipping address for QVC. It has two barcodes: one in the middle and one on the bottom. It states ZIP - USPS Parcel Return Service. It is the first time I have seen such a label.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other return labels I have received have the tracking number and QVC return address on the bottom. It just made me question this label.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
