      <description>I too had a problem with the routine maintenance message after an order went through and I wad unable to check gir accuracy. I tried the CHAT option and calling the customer care number. Neither were able to provide answers to my questions. If my order is incorrect am I am unable to correct it because of how fast they make it impossible to do so, I’ll be streamed.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried four times to reach them by phone and was left hanging on hold.&amp;nbsp; I called again and requested a call back and they did but when I answered the call and "press 1 to speak with a rep" I got disconnected.&amp;nbsp; Call back again and requested a call back and they said I was already waiting to get a call back.&amp;nbsp; So hung up, waited and in 1 minute I got a call back but she could not help me because their systems were down and call back in a&amp;nbsp; hour.&amp;nbsp; Just for funsies I asked "why" and she said very sheepishly "I don't know."&amp;nbsp; Sounded like I woke her up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'd think they would put it on top of home page or add a phone recording.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
