"Preparing Your Order" for 6 DAYS!!!

I have had it with QVC. I have several orders that I placed last week that are all "Preparing Your Order" status. I can understand a few days to process orders but when it's been 6 days since the order was placed, then I've had it. There is no excuse that justifies this kind of delay. From now on I'm sticking with Amazon. This is simply ridiculous.

Their "Order Status" isn't reliable. I have one order that shows it is on wait list, but it arrived yesterday.

I bought some "as is" storage boxes 8 days ago. It went from Preparing your Order then to "back order" then to "preparing your order". I thought that "as is" meant they are sending me a return so how could it be backordered?

Yea, noticed orders go very quickly into Preparing your order status but sit there in that status for days so you cannot cancel it . Had ordered 4 clothing items that are still sitting in Preparing your order - then I received the mailed brochure with free shipping but now I can't cancel the orders to reorder utilizing the Free shipping code.

A true bummer

Worst shipping / returns of any company I order from. Which is one of the reasons my purchasing has dropped.

I haven't been ordering very much on the Q anymore but I still do once in awhile. Funny, by the time my order says that it shipped it's on my front porch! I have received everything so that's not a problem. You really have to be patient about it. For me HSN is a little faster but it takes a bit of time for them to ship too.

What concerns me is when the two merge, worrisome

There's definitely some shipping issues going on. I just got off the phone w/ customer service regarding my TSV order from 2/23 for the Egg Harbor Salmon. The order says shipped but the order also says waiting for carrier pickup with delivery by 2/26. My concern was is Salmon sitting in a box since 2/23 ? I was told it is at the Egg Harbor facility not packed for shipping yet which is why it hasn't been picked up. I have another order that says the same thing but it's not a perishable item.

I thought their policy was to ship an item in 7-10 days after you place an order. Has that changed?

I don't shop here anymore due to the issues that have been going on for years now.

Well in all fairness to QVC my orders are processing just as long, or even shorter, than Land's End and Kohl's.

And I've also had items being prepared show up on my doorstep.

Mine too! And they wont give you the option to cancel! Terrible. Im ordering from Shein, much better prices and teh quality is comparable!

Today is Day #7 for my last order being in the "preparing your order" mode. I was able to access Chat Live and the nice lady forwarded my inquiry to the warehouse, and hopefully I will receive a response in the next couple of days. Thanks to Cherique for your help!

Today is #9. No information from warehouse, nor on my order status, nothing has changed. Very disappointed. Hope everyone who has posted here gets your orders!

Just got a reply from Social Team....the Q is updating their warehouse systems and this is causing a delay in updating the tracking numbers. We should see results soon.

I just had an order that sat "preparing your order" for 6 days also . I wanted to cancel , but of course they won't let you. It seems it's immediate as far as canceling though so your stuck . Frustrating !
