    <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't been ordering very much on the Q anymore but I still do once in awhile.&amp;nbsp; Funny, by the time my order says that it shipped it's on my front porch!&amp;nbsp; I have received everything so that's not a problem.&amp;nbsp; You really have to be patient about it.&amp;nbsp; For me HSN is a little faster but it takes a bit of time for them to ship too.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What concerns me is when the two merge, worrisome &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have several orders that I placed last week that are all "Preparing Your Order" status.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I can understand a few days to process orders but when it's been 6 days since the order was placed, then I've had it.&amp;nbsp; There is no excuse that justifies this kind of delay.&amp;nbsp; From now on I'm sticking with Amazon.&amp;nbsp; This is simply ridiculous.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I just got off the phone w/ customer service regarding my TSV order from 2/23 for the Egg Harbor Salmon. The order says shipped but the order also says waiting for carrier pickup with delivery by 2/26. My concern was is Salmon sitting in a box since 2/23 ?&amp;nbsp; I was told it is at the Egg Harbor facility not packed for shipping yet which is why it hasn't been picked up. I have another order that says the same thing but it's not a perishable item.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
