Spring Brochure arrived in mail with Free Shipping code

Just received a QVC Spring brochure today 2/26 that has a code you can use to receive Free Shipping on 4 fashion purchases from 2/24/25-3/31/25 .

Bummer, I ordered 4 items on 2/24/25

I cannot delete the orders and reorder them .....

Why didn't they just email me the code as other online companies do.....

Strangely, I didn't receive a brochure in the mail, however, I did receive the information in an email the day it was valid.

@skatting44 I received mine via email. Maybe it's your settings? Do you have it set to receive all QVC emails?

The coupon only includes regularly priced apparel items. No clearance, as is, etc.

Hmm. There must be different brochures. The booklet that I received yesterday - Fashion in Bloom - Has a $10 off coupon on the back page, not free shipping. Lots of exclusions when you read the fine print.

I got an email a few days ago. Again, no brochure. I used to get lots of mailers. Didn't get the Christmas brochure or the spring in bloom.

@rms1954 OP was not griping about the free shipping brochure she received, she was upset because she placed an order 2/24, the date the discount was effective, & had she received an email that day she would have been able to avail herself of it.

Thanks, I was not happy that actually I had ordered 4 spring clothes items on 2/24 and paid shipping on each item and 2 days later received this brochure .

The brochure I received had the cover Fashion In Bloom with Carla Rockmore yellow dress . The back cover did not have any $10 off coupon, it only said Free shipping on 4 items .

My brochure front cover is like yours - "Fashion in Bloom" with yellow Carla Rockmore dress. But the back cover has the $10 off coupon instead of your free shipping coupon. Maybe they're experimenting to see which gets the bigger response - free shipping or $10 off.

I ordered four items and was charged shipping for one item. Do check. I had to return the jeans as the size in the bag was not the size inside that I did not order so had to call CS anyway. I was thinking that I have this happen several times a year?

They used to inspect items at random and put a sticker on it indicating Quality Control opened for inspection. I haven't seen that in years so wonder if this practice was discontinued?
