I did. They never responded. Been trying to use my coupon for awhile now. Won’t work. Don’t know why they offer discounts when the system won’t take them.

@Renata22 - What coupon? Have you read all the "fine print"? I tried to use one a while ago and it didn't work. Seems it didn't like what I was trying to buy, I guess!

So often, there are so many conditions and exclusions, they hardly seem worth it.

Yes I read everything carefully. It should've worked on 2 items but it didn't. That's ok. Saved some money by not ordering. Oh, the coupon was one I got in the mail for 20%off.
