      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Here is what my friend does with another retailer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;She prints all the labels. &amp;nbsp;She puts one on the box. She cuts the &lt;U&gt;order&lt;/U&gt; barcodes (not the UPS/USPS one) off the other labels and tapes them right below the order barcode on the first label. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;That other retailer never charges her for multiple labels. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Caution.&lt;/STRONG&gt; I have no idea if it'll work with Q since they aren't the all that reliable when sending multiple items back together.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Their returns / exchange dept are not reliable as&amp;nbsp; my experience&amp;nbsp; has been in the past . Many times I send something for exchange and they do a return instead even when it appears stock # are not an issue . They often&amp;nbsp; charge return shipping fees erronously on&amp;nbsp; defective/broken items and even if you receive a wrong item by mistake . Also if they send you a box containing several items , if a packing slip is included they will likely&amp;nbsp; charge you $8.95 or more&amp;nbsp; if you return only one item if you use a return slip .&amp;nbsp; I've returned 2 items in one package with&amp;nbsp; slips included for each and they only gave credit for one item . Requires constantly contacting QVC to straighten things out on exchanges &amp;amp; returns. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Look at it this way, each item&amp;nbsp; will have a separate tracking # on the return/exchangeto fall back on&amp;nbsp; . &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;Returns have gotten really 'iffy' lately, I suspect the last set of layoffs had a lot to do with it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;Even ordering more than one different product in the same order. &amp;nbsp;I ordered two different items from the same vendor, returned one, and got refunded for the cheaper item in that same order.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;That's just another reason I've curtailed my shopping here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#800000"&gt;They really have a lot of problems they need to fix if they intend to stay competitive in business.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They sent me three orders in one bag. How can I sent three items back with three labels when I only received one bag. If they want everything shipped back separately they should send them separately. This is my first experience without a label. I think I will start shopping in the local mall again. It takes far too long to receive refund and sizing is impossible to guess correctly. If I need an exchange I often don't receive one. And when I don't want an exchange and just want a refund I get several of the returned items sent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
