      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am disappointed with the hoops one has to jump through to get a refund on the oven gloves.&amp;nbsp; Receipt is not enough.....I need to find, lline up, label&amp;nbsp; and send a picture of the gloves !!&amp;nbsp; The Q already knows I purchased four pair of the gloves from their website !!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So.....I looked up the product recalls at the bottom of the Q homepage and there is a link to complain about company response to a recall with Consumer Products Safety.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are also frustrated with the Q lack of response...fill out the form !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since it is not an expensive item and the process is onerous (on purpose?), I would quit trying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But for sure I would take note of who sold it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I agree about jumping through hoops to get refund. I’v purchased 2 pairs as gifts and don’t feel I should have to ask recipients to do all that is required. Another pair I had purchased for myself definitely has a defect.</description>

The amount of money was relatively small, but the principle was huge in my opinion. I could not just eat the loss and forget about it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I do not watch, nor do I purchase anything from Temptations but I'm just posing this question out of curiosity.&amp;nbsp; Did Tara Tesher ever address this issue and did she ever make an on-air apology?&amp;nbsp; Also, are these gloves still for sale?&amp;nbsp; If she failed to apology, on her way to the bank, I say shame on her.&amp;nbsp; Those gloves are a product she sold/sells and people purchased, based on their trust in her, so she definitely owes people an apology and a promise to make getting a refund very easy.&amp;nbsp; Those gloves were, obviously, defective and I have a hard time believing she had no knowledge of that fact yet she continued to push them.&amp;nbsp; Also, why didn't QVC know?&amp;nbsp; They claim to have strict standards.&amp;nbsp; If so, what happened to those standards that allowed defective merchandise to be sold on their channel?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
