      <title>Jewelry Return Stolen!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last month I returned a Fire Light ring. &amp;nbsp;I took it to a UPS store, with the original box and QVC return label. &amp;nbsp;Days later, I received an email about my refund but I never got it. &amp;nbsp;It's been several weeks and now they claim the box was received empty. &amp;nbsp;I'm distraught that Customer Service won't help me. &amp;nbsp;They suggest I dispute the charge with my credit card. &amp;nbsp;I have proof it was returned but no proof what happened to the contents. &amp;nbsp;I'm a long time customer but I won't be anymore 😢&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This sounds like an issue to bring up with UPS instead. I wonder if QVC documents with photos on boxes received and if UPS does when delivered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im sorry you are going through it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ask QVC for receiving documentation and notes so that you have documents to present to UPS&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The exact same thing happened to me about two weeks ago. I returned a Fire and Light item via UPS and a label issued by QVC.&lt;BR /&gt;Before I return it I called customer service who provided me with instructions and sent me a label to use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I followed instructions. When I received the letter advising me that the box was empty I was beyond distraught. Customer service told me to file a claim at UPS. UPS said when a company issued return label is used, this case QVC, UPS is considered a drop off only and has no responsibility.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I sense some sort of a problem with people receiving return items since it happened to you and to me. I know my package was received on December 23, 2024 and signed as received by a person named Ford.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;horrible scam it seems to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

These were JAI rings that I put in the&amp;nbsp; box and brought to the post office.&amp;nbsp; I was told that the ring was not in the box, I did not have this item in my possession.&amp;nbsp; QVC charged me for these items. I think it was stolen in the returns department.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about your UPS problem&amp;nbsp; If it makes you feel any better, I ordered a pair of recovery sandels and they were shipped by UPS.&amp;nbsp; I never received them either, the picture that was taken by the UPS driver was NOT my house.&amp;nbsp; This is the second time this has happened.&amp;nbsp; Yesterday I received a UPS delivery at the end of my driveway that was not mine nor did I know who it was for.&amp;nbsp; When I called UPS I was asked to bring it to them. Explained to UPS they needed to pick it up since I left it exactlu where the driver left it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Daughter went to ups they said the person couldnt find her house so they just delivered it to another house and didnot have an address they were not interested in following up with the delivery person. I contacted QVC and told them what had happened and they refunded me my money.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It might have been in shipping, at ether end, or it might have been in recieving, also at either end. I've received an empty box a time or two over the years and always felt the loss could have happened in several places, including with the shipper or with the packer, among other places along the way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I thought that is why the Labels are insured and states so in writing. unless you use your own then not unless you insure!&amp;nbsp; I sent back a ring to HSN that the stone,&amp;nbsp; a large blue topaz was not set securely and fell out so the mounting only was returned. It was&amp;nbsp; 20 years ago, but no&amp;nbsp; problem. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have twice received an empty box and Q again refunded my money. One was a pillow and one a sweater.&amp;nbsp; The box the pillow was in was smashed&amp;nbsp; to bits, like stuck in a conveyer belt, so likely that was damage but no item. It was still delivered?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I would talk to someone else as results are often who one happens to get to speak with in CS. If I paid that much for a ring, I would have added my own insurance just for reassurance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think this is going to be a problem with your credit card company because they will contact QVC. I would go back to the UPS office and tell them what happened if you just handed them a taped ring box with a label. I would have bought a package to put it in before I handed it over or maybe you did. This is going to be a challenge.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can always file a complaint with the BBB. It is another option but no guarantee.
