What happens after merchandise leaves QVC'S premises has nothing to do with their actions but is on the transport companies.&amp;nbsp; It seems they're still backed up after the holidays and have probably laid off temporary workers plus there is inclement weather in the Midwest which affects all interstate commerce.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="6"&gt;We just have to grin and bear it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Kansas City along with most of Missouri is completely closed down because of the storm raging through.&amp;nbsp; Interstates are closed...ice and then 4-6in snow on top.&amp;nbsp; No one is to blame here... Were you unaware of this storm?&amp;nbsp; Also a repeat this weekend.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And no one - certainly not carriers delivering non-medically-urgent items - should risk his or her life just to deliver packages under extreme weather conditions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the most part, it's just stuff.&amp;nbsp; I did have one package well before Christmas that seemed to have just gotten lost and I was given a refund.&amp;nbsp; Three weeks later it suddenly appeared on my doorstep!&amp;nbsp; (And, yes, I did notify QVC to reprocess the charge, as it was in perfect condition.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Many times I feel these delayed messages are sent automatic, then the next day the package generally arrives.......but as others stated winter weather tends to disrupt the mail in general.&amp;nbsp; Pack your patience please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Weather and holidays can cause problems. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But there are also differing levels of shipping, within each delivery service. &amp;nbsp;Can depend on the company's contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I don't know what you hear this was posted but I've ordered Clinique which ships out of the Sparks Nevada distribution.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm told it's a vendor product but I shipped it two-day priority. A label was created but it hasn't shipped in 9 days.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They issued me a replacement and overnighted it a label was created and that one hasn't shipped in 5 days?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered something from a store in Ohio several weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; It was mailed Priority USPS and I paid $10.95 shipping.&amp;nbsp; I followed tracking and it went from its original city in Ohio to Cleveland Ohio in a day.&amp;nbsp; Then tracking said Alert, delayed because of weather. Well, it then sat in Cleveland (according to tracking) for a week!&amp;nbsp; I went to my local post office, they said they would look into it via email and the next day it moved to NJ. A day later it was delivered.&amp;nbsp; Not sure if my post office's inquiry had anything to do with the change.&amp;nbsp; I thought it was lost for good.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
