      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy Holidays Everyone.&amp;nbsp; I am hoping this is the appropriate forum for this issue.&amp;nbsp; I've been getting emails from the Q asking for a review of products I've purchased.&amp;nbsp; I go through the process of checking the stars and typing in my reviews but I cannot submit.&amp;nbsp; After the review is typed and the "headline" is put in, I can't go any further.&amp;nbsp; There are all those lines for videos&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; you tube stuff but I cannot tab through those items and just submit.&amp;nbsp; What am I doing wrong? or is there a glitch in the system.&amp;nbsp; At this point, I will be just deleting the emails unless you guys have the answer.&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having the same problem... Cannot post any reviews.&amp;nbsp; Called CS and they sent a message to "whoever"... and after one month...still have the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That is not the only thing, I cannot even find past purchases going back a few months.&amp;nbsp; I do not think their system operates as it once did years ago... Very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
