    <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, it could be a customer error but more likely it's a shipping error. Businesses do make mistakes, especially at high volume periods. Add fallible&amp;nbsp;people and fallible technology to the mix and yes, mistakes do happen. There are delivery errors too, of which I've had several, with my packages diverted to the wrong apartment and others' packages diverted to mine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Delivered to wrong address</title>

      <description>I placed an order and it was delivered to the wrong address. I called custom and service after I noticed the delivery notification and when I checked my porch I had no items. The woman I spoke to informed me I my items were shipped and read the address which wasn't mine. Since they delivered to the wrong location I was told I would be issued new devices which was fine as long as they arrived befor Christmas. When I went to log into my account the next day to check my order status my account has been deleted and the transaction reported fraudulent for not returning the items or something along those lines. Basically the company is not taking accountability for their mistake and delivering to someone else and I'm left with the bill and my kids won't get their gifts. Has anyone else experienced this. I just don't understand how the company's error is at my expense.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#333399"&gt;Sounds like customer error to me. The computer does not randomly change an address. It is up to the customer to make sure the address is correct before clicking BUY.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#333399"&gt;I don't know what company you bought from but I have been ordering online for years from many different businesses and have never had an item delivered to an address I didn't enter.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My billing and shipping address were correct. The company printed a label and mistyped the address on the label. It sounds like a company problem. I don't have the ability to generate and create shipping labels.</description>

The address outside on the package was correct. The items inside contained not only my items but also someone else's&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the time companies were still including packing slips inside packages. The other customer's name and address were inside my package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I remember thinking that I wouldn't like someone else having all of my information ...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My name on a shoe box but someone else's packing slip with their name and address inside in a different State. All CS said, curtly, ship them back."It is the warehouse's problem" Hung Up. I felt&amp;nbsp; badly for the person who was waiting for her shoes.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

She said CS read the address back to her and it wasn't her billing or shipping address. The shipping company delivered to the address on the package. Problem is OP is saying that isn't her address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
