    <description>&lt;P&gt;NO&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/932"&gt;@Nightowlz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I sure wouldn't pay extra, but I guarantee you that IS how it works!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;There have been so many complaints about it on the boards for years.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The size of the warehouses, logistical differences etc. does not allow for them to send one person to run out&amp;nbsp; and grab your item immediately upon placing the order.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>QVC Purchase Verification Contact Difficulties</title>

      <description>I'm sure you've heard this before but long story short I placed two orders 6 days ago and on Friday I received an email stating that the verification department needed me to reach out to verify some information. Customer service said they are closed on the weekends so I left a message with my contact number to call me back. As of this morning I have not heard from them so I've been calling them every hour on the hour and they do not answer the phone. One of my orders I paid for the fastest shipping possible. It's supposed to be here in 2 days which now I highly doubt. These are very important purchases as these are the two gifts that my children have been wanting for Christmas and I wanted to get ahead of the game before the Christmas Rush. Any help to get in contact with them or to have them contact me would be greatly appreciated.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;We have no idea what you purchased, or how expensive the items were, or what form of payment you used.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;In this day and age fraud is rampant, and I am sure that there was something that QVC needed to double-check, especially if you are a new customer.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;There is really no need to have anything delivered in two days right now since Christmas is over a month away, but I am sure if you pay for expedited delivery, QVC will attempt to do so, but they do NOT control the delivery systems.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have never encountered CS not answering--maybe you have the wrong number.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Best wishes!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
