I opened my app this morning and got a message I could use this code for 20% off 1 jewelry item today. Unfortunately, iI tried it and it didnt work. I called customer service and the gal I spoke to knew nothing about it.

Did anyone else see this ?

Sorry, I don't use the app....but I woud email the Social Team/moderators....they often more up-to-date on issue than CS phone reps are.

@lynettey. So many codes lately must be used only with the Q Card. Read the fine print and see if that might be the case. If it's not mentioned, contact the social team by email here.

In yesterday afternoon's United States mail I received a three-fold QVC mailer titled Jewelry Gift Guide 2024.

It said the SPARKLE20 code was effective starting at 10/25 12:00 am ET

and ending on 11/30/2024 at 11:59 pm ET.

And, I am NOT a QVC card member.

Hope this is helpful. 20% off is a nice offer.

That just arrived today in my mail as well (I am a Q card holder)

Rats, too bad it is only on jewelry as I stopped purchasing a long time ago.

I had to get a magnifier to read the 'fine print' but it doesn't start til today.

Says it's good till Nov.30th.
