What happened to the live chat? I have an order that I have not received and shows never sent to shipping carrier that I need resolved. This day and time we shouldn't have to call. No time for that.

I just used Live Chat yesty morning and it worked fine.

I do, however, need to disable my Adblocker first.

@lisare - I also have no problem using live chat; perhaps try a different browser to see if that helps? One other method you could try is emailing the social team (the group that moderates these forums and is trained to provide advanced customer service) with your order details: QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

Used to work for me but stopped months ago ... this is what I get:

400 Bad Request

Request Header Or Cookie Too Large

That happens to me using Edge. I clear my cache and then it works. I also change browers to Chrome and that one always works for live chat.

Live Chat NEVER works for me. I have tried with different browsers. My dd even has an Apple Ipad and it uses Safari. She can't get it to work either. I don't do ad blockers either.

On the bottom of this screen go to where it states:

"Customer Service"

888-345-5788

Chat Live

Customer Service & FAQs

Click on "Customer Service & FAQS"

Scroll down and on the right side of the screen you'll see "Chat with us".

That way always works for me.
